CDI’s NEROC program assisted the owners and residents of three manufactured home communities in converting to resident owned communities, including our first conversion in Rhode Island!

Together, the three communities of Weston’s, Windy Hollow, and Sherwood Village mobile home cooperatives represent 296 units of privately owned affordable housing that will be preserved and managed by the the residents who live there.
