Below is a gallery from Friday and Saturday of last week as Maine based co-op members crashed the event in New Hampshire: Coops Celebrating Community, a resident-owned community gathering. This is due to the fact that Maine is too small for its own association, at least for the time being. CDI staff member Jessica Pooley was able to take 2 members from the co-op Brunswick Bay (Fayette Morton & Gail Williams) and 2 members from Medomak (Arnez Woodbury & Linda Sprague) to Concord for a Friday night dinner/networking evening, and then on Saturday they went to the resident-owned conference.  “It was  better than I could have expected.  The Maine members talked so much, compared notes and have plans to attend each others’ board meetings,” says Jessica. “All four learned some conflict management techniques, communication strategies, and networked with other cooperative ROC residents from New Hampshire, even exchanging emails and phone numbers. ”

Below is a photo gallery of their experience – check it out!
