Many thanks to Stephen Betts of the Bangor Daily News for his article today on the recent purchase by residents of two mobile home parks in and near Rockland, Maine. The Cooperative Development Institute is proud to have brought the total number of resident-owned cooperatives in Maine to eight, with support from lending partners Genesis Fund and Maine State Housing Authority.
