The Latest News 3/30/2020
- Breezy Acres Members voted 82-1 in favor of proceeding with the purchase and entering into a purchase contract to buy the park. This purchase contract will provide some more time to do research and develop a plan for the co-op to operating the community.
- The member vote to decide whether to purchase or not and to set lot rents will be in a few more months.
The Latest News 1/14/2020
- Breezy Acres has an Interim Board of Directors and is now officially incorporated and as Breezy Acres Cooperative, Inc. (see board roster using this link)!
- Here are the pre-purchase bylaws that are currently in effect–these bylaws govern how cooperative runs, how members vote, and how the board of directors works.
- More than 50% of residents have signed up to be members of the cooperative. Residents who haven’t signed up yet are being mailed Member Joining Agreements this week.
- The cooperative has a facebook group page–for even more up to date information.
