CDI’s NEROC program has seen unprecedented growth in the past year in terms of staff and communities served, with more rapid growth on the horizon. To best meet the growing demand for resident ownership, longtime director and founder Andy Danforth has decided to move into a position focused on supporting the acquisition and financing process for communities and restructure the NEROC program to maximize the capacities of the staff.
