Project Information
Grey Stone Mobile Home Cooperative is a 63-lot manufactured housing community that residents collectively purchased in 2010. The community is connected to municipal wastewater and drinking water. A Property Conditions Assessment (PCA) was conducted December 2023 for planning purposes (available for download here). The PCA recommends upgrading the number of sections to the sewer collection system.
Grey Stone Mobile Home Cooperative’s first step towards redeveloping its infrastructure is to work with the procured engineer to apply for a USDA-RD SEARCH grant that would fund a Preliminary Engineering Report to study wastewater, stormwater systems, water, and electrical.
Interested firms may schedule a site visit prior to the Friday, February 14th, 2025 by 5:00PM deadline by emailing wisp@cdi.coop.
