Seeking Input on Application to HUD for Preservation and Reinvestment Initiative for Community Enhancement (PRICE) Competition

The Cooperative Development Institute (CDI) is preparing to submit an application to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Preservation and Reinvestment Initiative for Community Enhancement (PRICE) Main Program seeking $31,778,500 in infrastructure funding for 37 resident-owned communities (ROCs) across the Northeast.

In accordance with the rules governing the PRICE program, a public comment period will begin Wednesday, May 22 and end on Sunday, June 8.

  • Virtually on Wednesday, May 22 at 5:30 pm via Zoom. Those interested in joining the hearing held on Zoom can register here.
  • In-person on Thursday, May 23 at 6:00 pm at the Colchester Library Meeting House located at 830 Main St. Colchester, Vermont.
