Project Information

Page Hill MHP Cooperative, Inc. is an 82-lot manufactured housing community that residents collectively purchased in May 2003. A Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) was conducted in June of 2005 (available to download here). The PER recommended the installation of a new water distribution system, upgrades to the sewer system including replacing the existing pump station and distribution system, and upgrading the drainage system including detention basin construction/ditching. The total project costs are estimated to be $3 MM.

Page Hill MHP Cooperative’s first step towards redeveloping its infrastructure is to work with the procured engineer to apply for a USDA-RD SEARCH grant and/or CDBG planning grant that would fund an updated Preliminary Engineering Report to study water, wastewater, and stormwater systems.
